IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR COLLECTION OF MARKSHEETS
In-Person Collection: All pass-out students are required to collect their original semester marksheets physically from the institute's office during working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding gazetted holidays).
Collection by Authorized Representative: If a student cannot collect the marksheet personally, they may authorize someone else to do so on their behalf. This typically involves providing A notarized authorization letter along with the ID proof.
For students who wish to receive their marksheet by speed post, the following documents and items must be sent to the institute:
Self-addressed Envelope: An A4-sized envelope.
Postal Ticket: A postal ticket worth ₹50.
Address Proof: A copy of the student's address proof (self attested).
Undertaking: A signed undertaking.
Request Letter: A formal request letter for the marksheet.
The marksheets will be dispatched via speed post only after the receipt of these documents.
Due to privacy, misuse, and confidentiality reasons, No Soft Copies of the marksheet will be shared or provided through email. Such requests will be considered null and void.
